WIne Making Dinners
Learn how to make world class wine with grapes from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino counties as well as Washington State. We distribute ultra premium wine grapes that make terrific wine and rent most of the equipment you'll need. Your friends help press your vino, sample wine from previous vintages, and enjoy gourmet food from Table Field Catering. Grape must is ordered in Aug-Oct. and arrive sometime between Oct.-Dec. Mushroom Foraging DInners
Have you ever wanted to learn mushroom foraging: how to find edible gourmet mushrooms in Maryland. Available mid-April through November, Chef Paul, or one of our other foragers, will teach you and your friends the ancient art of looking for elusive fungi right here in Maryland. We meet at your home and then head out to go mushroom foraging at a woodland destination nearby. After a 3 hour foraging hike and gourmet trail lunch, we head back to your home to cook up these (or previously foraged) delicious treats in either a pasta, risotto, soup or sauce for any type of grilled meat.
