Customer Driven Menus

Most of our clients are foodies and menu planning is something in which they want to be an active participant.  With Table Field Catering, one of your first steps is to meet our chef and discuss your event's culinary vision.  Our menus are starting points to begin the conversation about seasonally smart menu design.  Clients are welcomed to bring family recipes, cookbooks, and even menus from their favorite restaurant to begin the process of designing the perfect menu.

Ethnic Cuisine

Menus need to address the different palettes of guests or represent two different family traditions joined in marriage.  Whatever the reason, Table Field Catering prides itself on offering a wide array of various cuisines from all over the world.  We've served East and West African, Indian, Korean, and numerous other cuisines at the amazement of guests who hail from or have traveled in these regions.  Global flavors can also be incorporated into simplistically styled food so that "meat and potato guests " feel comfortable with menu choices.

LAte night Small Bites

From passed sliders & grilled cheese in a demitasse of soup to smores by a campfire, special event clients love serving their guests something later in the evening to add another layer of distinctiveness and reinforce a sense of hospitality and comfort near the event's conclusion.

Cheese as Dessert

Increasingly, artisan cheeses are being appreciated as either a late night snack, a prelude to or in lieu of  dessert.  Whether we create a cheese tower cake like this one, or create a buffet of different cheeses presented alongside fresh and preserved local fruits, farmhouse cheeses are sure to make an impact and create a special touch to your event.

Vegetarian Feasts

From corporate events where employers want to promote healthy lifestyle choices to bridal couples who want share how delicious vegetarian fare can be, many people are requesting vegetarian menus.  Table Field Catering is happy to service ova-lacto, vegan, and pescatarian clients with creative and unique menus sure to wow on the big day.  We also make sure that vegetarians at non-vegetarian events have delicious options just for them.

Family Style Service

Everyone wants their event to be distinctive and the food to be fabulous.  This explains family style's popularity where dishes are served in courses allowing the food to arrive perfectly cooked.  It also saves time, maximizing dancing and helps guests interact and get to know one another.

Not your ordinary Coffee

Our normal coffee service features French Pressed free trade shade grown coffee.  It is available during the entirety of the event and brewed to order.  Should that not suffice to fuel your passion for coffee, we offer a wide range of specialty coffee services.  From cold brew nitro coffee, coffee cocktails, to an attended espresso bar, specialty coffee service adds a memorable distinctive edge to your event.

Southern Flair

Southern influences are being noticed in some of the most innovative kitchens across America.  Ingredients like country ham, small batch bourbon, grits, smoked meats, heirloom greens, okra, green tomatoes, and even Dr. Pepper are teaming up with classic techniques.  If you like the idea of incorporating  southern flair into your menu, let us know.

From risotto, polenta, grits, and numerous other gluten free starches, Table Field Catering is well versed in gluten free cooking and happy to prepare an entire gluten free menu or make sure that gluten free guests have their own special dishes.
